Custom Order Policy
Every custom piece begins as a spark — a shared vision shaped by your story and our relationships to the natural world. When you commission a custom design, you’re inviting me to translate that bit of nature’s magic into something you can wear and treasure.
Each piece is made by hand, just for you, and because of that, custom orders are final sale — I’m unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. I’ll always listen carefully to your ideas and do my best to weave them into the design, but a touch of artistic freedom is what helps each creation truly come alive. Before placing your order, please take a moment to be sure of your design details, as once the creative process begins, it naturally follows its own path — much like nature itself.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your custom order, with the remaining balance due before your piece is shipped. This deposit covers the time, materials, and creative energy that go into crafting something unique and personal.
Because each creation is a reflection of both your vision and my artistry, I may occasionally share photos of completed custom pieces as part of my portfolio or on social media. If you prefer to keep your piece private, just let me know — I’m always happy to respect that wish.
